Desiree began her 15-year career at GlaxoSmithKline as a pharmaceutical sales representative and earned multiple sales awards promoting a diverse product portfolio. She enjoyed roles in training and sales management and became a brand manager in GSK’s blockbuster respiratory division, where she was responsible for innovative professional tactical planning leading to successful brand growth. Desiree was selected for a national pilot project that led to the development of the business improvement department within the GSK US pharmaceutical business and was a leader and subject-matter expert in the role of business improvement specialist for 3 years. During her tenure at GSK, Desiree launched multiple products in various therapeutic areas, and was instrumental in developing and launching new sales programs for the field sales force. At Delta Point, she has continued to meet and exceed client expectations with robust consulting and content tailored to their needs. Desiree has a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA with concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine University.
