Where It All Began

Delta Point Inc. was founded in 2001 by Jerry Acuff, a seasoned sales executive with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. After ascending from a sales representative to Vice President and General Manager at Hoechst-Roussel Pharmaceuticals, Acuff recognized a need for a consulting firm that prioritized authentic customer relationships over traditional sales tactics. This insight led to the establishment of Delta Point Inc. with a mission to transform sales and marketing strategies across various industries.

Key Milestones:

  • 2001: Delta Point Inc. is established in Scottsdale, Arizona, focusing on sales and marketing excellence.​
  •  2004: Jerry Acuff co-authors The Relationship Edge in Business, emphasizing the importance of genuine customer connections in sales.​
  • 2007: Acuff co-authors Stop​ Acting Like a Seller, Start Thinking like a Buyer.
  • 2007: Acuff co-authors The Relationship Edge in Business 2nd edition.
  • 2011: Acuff co-authors The Relationship Edge in Business 3rd edition (completely revised and updated)
  • 2016-2018: Acuff receives multiple accolades, including being named CEO of the Year in Arizona for three consecutive years and recognition as one of the top sales experts globally.
